5G 780 MHz / 4G 806 MHz slow, location RHRO

Since Swisscom has unfortunately shown no ear for our concern so far and our part of the village has had significantly slower internet since approximately December 2025, despite a new antenna, I would like to post here in the forum again.
The RHRO antenna was newly created by Swisscom at the end of 2025. Initially, there was great joy, as we could assume that the internet speed would improve as a result. Especially because the fiber optic expansion has not yet taken place here, we had high hopes for the new antenna (5G).
Unfortunately, it seems that money was saved on the technical equipment of the antenna. Although frequencies in the range of 780 MHz to 3.6 GHz are approved, apparently only the lower bands, particularly 780 MHz and 806 MHz, are being used.
Currently, the situation is unfortunately such that even everyday internet activities are tedious. WhatsApp status videos load very slowly, and videos on Instagram can partly no longer be watched comfortably. In some cases, we barely reach speeds of under 20 Mbit/s.
Why are the approved higher frequency bands not also being used for the new antenna? Especially for the coverage area near an agglomeration, the current configuration does not seem to be sufficient.
