I did a few more tests today (yesterday). Today the values were particularly bad - despite very good reception outside, almost line-of-sight to the antenna, barely 400m away from it, I measured only 10-20Mbit with the smartphone. Interestingly, if I move only about 150m towards Aarau, i.e., on the same street, just slightly further away from the antenna (junction Hauptstrasse/Bibersteinerstrasse), I measured up to 639Mbit down and 68Mnit up today. I was able to reproduce this several times; although the values fluctuate greatly, they were always massively better than near the antenna. This gives me the impression that the antenna improves the reception itself, but thereby causes the smartphone to log into this antenna with the much poorer bandwidth. Unfortunately, I don't know enough about this yet, but I am surprised that the effect is so significant.
I tried to find out which antenna my smartphone is logging into. I am not sure if I am looking at the right value - the app shows me PCI 473 when the connection is slow and PCI 288 when I was at the junction Hauptstrasse/Bibersteinerstrasse and the speed was much better.
And yes, I tested with a Wingo subscription with the 5G Fullspeed option. Printscreen shows the location closer to the antenna with poor speed.

First, thanks to everyone involved for the commitment! It is great that this opportunity exists!
I have already written in the Swisscom forum.
I checked 4G, which at least at my location provides no advantage but rather even worse bandwidths. The speed tests are sometimes even worse. I'm sticking with 5G. The reception itself is great, it even works in the underground garage, only the speed is poor. With Sunrise or before the activation of the Swisscom antenna, it was hopelessly bad, sometimes even outdoors.
It is a great pity that the antenna does not support higher frequencies with more speed. Even with very good reception outdoors, not even 400m away from the antenna, 20-25Mbit is already very disappointing. It is incomprehensible to me why these frequencies are not used. Especially for the missing fiber optic connection (which will take several more years - currently planned for approx. 2029/2030 - but has already been postponed), this would have been an opportunity to provide reasonable bandwidths. After all, we are not on a mountain or totally remote. It is, after all, an agglomeration with many properties and also commercial businesses. All around there are various Swisscom antennas with high 5G bandwidth. As soon as you move just a few 100 meters away from the antenna and other antennas take over, the speed is massively better. I have done various measurements in the area, the difference is impressive. Perhaps there is someone from Swisscom reading along here who can chime in.
Still regarding slow ping: My subscription is not throttled, I have also measured over 500Mbit at other locations. I will check the ping next week.
