Hi @CHMail, I have received confirmation from Swisscom that they are well aware of the problem concerning this antenna. It is currently undergoing diagnosis since August 28.
Feel free to confirm if the problem has been resolved or if it is still present 😊

Hi, I received confirmation from Swisscom that the antenna at rue Les Rutannes 1 is under construction. Commissioning is scheduled for November 11, at the latest end of November 2026.
Feel free to confirm that the construction site has indeed started 💪

Hello,
Thank you for your question.
Yes, an application is currently in beta, feel free to contact me privately if you wish to test it.
My warm regards,
I took a Salt subscription to test their network, and I am encountering many issues connecting to the 3500 MHz frequency, sometimes even when being in the direct propagation path of the antenna.
I am on the beta 6 of IOS 27, I will also perform the tests on IOS 26 to rule out the possibility that the beta is the cause. I even sometimes have speeds of less than 1 Mbit/s despite having a 3500 MHz antenna nearby.
Hello,
Yes, I have received several pieces of information, but I am still waiting for a response from the municipality.
The building permit at the address Les Rutannes 1, 1515 Neyruz-sur-Moudon was issued by the municipality on August 8, 2024. The legal deadline for construction is 2 years from the date the permit was issued. Since the deadline has passed, art. 118 LATC states that a building permit is in principle expired if the work has not started within a period of two years. In justifying circumstances, the municipality may extend the validity by one year. I am therefore waiting for confirmation as to whether we are in this case or if the operators will have to submit a new building permit application.
Regarding the building permit application at Chemin du 1er Août 1515 Neyruz-sur-Moudon, the municipality has not yet issued the building permit.
I will get back to you as soon as I receive the response from the competent authorities.
Warm regards,
Are you by any chance on iPhone?
Hello CHMails,
It is true that it's intriguing! In general, making a new installation without offering all the frequencies in a rather populated area is not very logical. But to accelerate deployment, it often happens that operators first make a simplified permit request, to then complete it with a second request.
I will dig into the question and get back to you very quickly.
My warm greetings,
Update, the map data has been updated today, August 10, 2026. Best regards,
Hello,
Indeed, I have looked into it: there is indeed a building permit application filed on 13.03.2020 for Swisscom and Sunrise. However, in my opinion, the legal deadline has now passed and a new application will probably have to be filed.
This application concerned the following address:
Chemin du 1er Août 1515 Neyruz-sur-Moudon.
Furthermore, Swisscom filed a new building permit application on 03.05.2024 at the following address:
Les Rutannes 1, 1515 Neyruz-sur-Moudon.
Generally, construction work begins approximately two years after the permit application.
I will look into it and keep you informed.
Hi Flavio, I wanted to let you know that mass response is now appearing for Salt on the map in the app: )
I thank you for all this information, yes you are right on the app, OpenStreetMap is less clear, I’ll see what I can do:) don’t hesitate to point out any bugs you find or send me your suggestions.
